Producer Notes
AR LeNoble is a Champagne house and grower producer with much of their vineyard holdings in the Grand Cru village of Chouilly in the Cรดte des Blancs region. This is where they grow the very best Chardonnay grapes, along with some top Pinot Noir from Premier Cru village Bisseul and Pinot Meunier from the Marne Valley, to produce expressive and fruit-driven sparkling wines. There is a focus on ageing the Champagnes for a minimum of three years to benefit from richer characters associated with this style. The fourth generation who now run the estate are proud to work the land with as little intervention as possible and encourage biodiversity by keeping bee hives in the vineyard! There are many Champagnes in the full portfolio including Brut, Rosรฉ and Demi-Sec with a few bottles made in the larger magnum format in the very best vintages.
