Producer Notes
Trained by Henri Jayer, pioneer of reducing yeild to maximise quality, Jean-Nicolas Méo continues not only to produce exceptional wines (at high prices) at Grand Cru level, but makes higher quality wines than most at Premier Cru, village and regional levels, making the latter two excellent value. The domaine is very largely, but not religiously (or certifiably) organic.
Vintage Notes
2017 was an above average vintage for both red and white wines in Burgundy
