Additional Wine Notes
This Langhe Nebbiolo is made from declassified Barbaresco fruit from across the Produttori vineyards and is a lovely example of simple yet elegant and bright Nebbiolo. It is noticeably Barbaresco but has been blended to be accessible in youth with good concentration of fruit, a silky palate and the all-important acidity that keeps it lively.
Producer Notes
We have always been impressed with the level of quality from the Produttori del Barbaresco range, from the basic to the top end the wine-making rarely falters. Some vintages are better than others of course and not all of their wines are a success story but the quality is always noticeable.
Their member growers have some top class vineyards and the wine makers at the helm seem to know their stuff and, as a rule, make wine in a more traditional in style.
