Producer Notes
Biondi Santi is the master of Brunello di Montalcino being the first in the area to produce a wine in this style and to give it its Brunello title back in the 1870’s. His name and expertise live on through the estate and their wines are true examples of Brunello. A wine known for its heavy tannins through good winemaking and expert knowledge, Biondi Santi are able to work the wine into its best incarnation. Age is essential when it comes to Brunello and the estate build them to last so be sure to give them at least 10 years in bottle.
