G D Vajra is an organic pioneer in Piedmont (although only certified organic in 2019).
Not massively over-priced, Vajra is a producer to travel up the wine list with: the Barolo Bricco delle Viole being ultimately reliable, and the Albe and Raveras, patchier but often excellent value.
