Wine Notes
Inexplicably, the 2015 vintage seems to have been completely missed by virtually every reviewer and is as good or better than any other recent vintage. This is good news for those of us who have tried it because it keeps the price down.
Producer Notes
Francesco Rinaldi is an old established family run winery in Piedmont that has done well to remain quality conscious throughout it’s expansion. The portfolio includes wines from Barbera, Barbaresco, Dolcetto and Barolo as well as Gavi. Their single vineyard Barolos, Cannubi and Brunate, are what they are most famous for and usually offer good value for the region.
