Producer Notes
Pierre Gaillard bought his first vineyards in Saint Joseph in Northern Rhône in the early 1980’s and released his first vintage in 1987. He subsequently acquired vineyards in Côte Rôtie, Cornas, Crôzes Hermitage and Condrieu making him a prominent and prolific producer across the region. Both red and white wines are made from classic Rhone grape varieties Syrah, Viognier and Roussanne.
The Domaine now also owns vineyards in Languedoc-Rousillon and Banyuls which grow a wider range if grape varieties including Grenache, Mouvédre and Vermentino.
