Producer Notes
Dominik Huber (German winelover and businessman) and Eben Sadie (South African winemaker) met at Mas Martinet and hit it off straight away and a new winemaking partnership began in Priorat. With some guidance from the Pรฉrez family the duo began sourcing carefully selected grapes from biodynamic plots and took a slightly different approach to the winemaking to some producers: harvesting the grapes earlier to conserve the freshness and avoid over ripeness using whole bunches without remontage and switching to larger foudres and barrels, looking for a more precise vineyard authenticity. One of the few Priorat wineries to focus on making excellent white wines, this small project has now grown to produce 100,000 bottles in this rugged land.
