Additional Wine Notes
This is a clean, crisp Champagne with great purity of fruit. Made with 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir it is much lighter on the palate than those that tip the balance towards Chardonnay but it still has the rich, biscuit undertones that provide depth of flavour. It also has a soft mousse making it a smooth, relaxed Champagne.
