Somewhere along the lines, this bottle escaped from the cellar of the famous seafood restaurant in Paris and made its way to us.
1947 was a good year for everything and Vouvray was no exception so there’s no reason to believe that this won’t be drinkable and, if drinkable, to believe that it won’t be very interesting.
If you’re feeling adventurous, do please feel free to buy this before we decide to give it a go ourselves.
